The conference will take place at

unless agreed otherwise, rooms will be booked for accepted participants at the same venue. We will cover full-board accommodation (nights, breakfast, meals at the conference), participants are liable for all other costs like extra meals or drinks or other charges.

Please also note that participants have to arrange and pay extra nights prior or after the event by themselves directly at the venue.

Should you be attending the PCM4EU@MPNE2023 workshop, we have booked an extra night Thursday to Friday for you.

LOGISTICS

The closest airport is Brussels International Airport Zaventem. By public transport, the hotel is about 30 min away. The easiest (as not dependent on traffic) way to get into Brussels is by train: when leaving the arrival area gate, go right towards the staircase, the train station is on the bottom floor. Take the train to Brussels Nord, then, it's 9 min walk. OR- take bus 620 from Perron A at Zaventem, 26 stops, to Kruidtuin and walk 2 min.

Train tickets can be purchased on the ticket machines at the entrance to the station. If you want to skip the queues, use the SNCB/ NMBS app that you can download onto your smartphone. Please note it takes a moment to purchase the ticket, so best to do it at home.

28th March Successful applications will be notified and asked to accept their place and to make travel arrangements

5th April Last day to accept your place, afterward remaining places will be filled from the waiting list

28th April See you in Brussels!

30th April You will receive instructions for reimbursement of your travel expenses

15th May Deadline for first batch of travel reimbursement
